+ How do I book you for my session or wedding date?

Complete the form on our contact page to get started. Please include as many details as you can when inquiring. This will help us to respond and begin the booking process effectively. The natural, warm, personal images we produce is a result of getting to know our clients the best we can beforehand and open communication is important to us. A non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to reserve your date.

Portraits - 50% non-refundable retainer + signed contract

Weddings - $1,500 non-refundable retainer + signed contract

+ When and how will I receive my photos?

All sessions and weddings are all-inclusive, meaning there are no additional charges for images in addition to your session/wedding package. Your images are included. Your photos will be delivered in an online gallery. From here you can download, print, and share your photographs. Your gallery includes a print + gift shop with high-quality products. This is optional and you are able to download your images to print anywhere you would like. You can also invite friends and family to your galleries, or password-protect your gallery for privacy.

Portrait and Branding galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 8-10 weeks at maximum.

+ How many photos will I receive?

I deliver every photograph from our time together that is up to my standards and wouldn't dream of keeping precious memories of you and your loved ones to myself. On average, I deliver about 40-60 images for portrait sessions and 75-150 images per hour of wedding day coverage.

+ Do I own the copyright to my photos?

As the creator of the photograph under US copyright law we are the copyright owners. However, all galleries come with a release giving you permission to print and share your images for personal use. If someone who contributed to your session or wedding who would like to use the images for professional/marketing purposes (florist, planner, venue, clothing shop), please let them know to contact us and we will provide a professional use agreement and access to images.

+ Do you accept shot lists?

Prior to your wedding or session we will provide a questionnaire to help us prepare for your unique session or event. This will cover timelines, important information about your VIPs, and specific photo requests. Our style of photography requires us to be fully present with you and sometimes shot lists can deter from our ability to remain in the moment. That being said, you know what is most important to YOU and the questionnaire will help us to fully understand what you are dreaming of for your gallery.

+ Do you deliver RAW files?

We typically do not deliver RAW files. All photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGS. RAW files are available for a fee and separate agreement.

+ Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured with liability and equipment insurance. For weddings, many venues will require your vendors to have liability insurance. We are prepared for that request and can provide proof of insurance when the time comes.

+ Do you travel?

Yes, and often! We are more than happy to travel to you for a session or your wedding day, and it may not be as expensive as you think. Please contact us for more information about us traveling to your location of choice.
